With the techniques used to create and devise Inside Out shows, which have been performed around the globe; Inside Out are inspired to explore with workshop participants how the methods can be used to create their own unique style of work.
Techniques explored are physical expression, movement, gesture, and the creation of ‘moments’. We emphasize elements of physical comedy, character, clowning improvisation, group dynamics, status and the creation of short comic performances.
To do this we use costume, props, sound and music, group and individual warm up and devising games and strong recognizable themes.
Our workshops can be tailored for any group or venue. We have experience in working with many different community groups. Please contact us with your workshop requirements and we will be happy to talk it through with you.

Creative Play Workshop
Inside Out also offer two very successful creative play workshops, played at childrens events and festivals up and down the country:-
The Pirate Ship
An active game using theatre and characters based on pirates and treasure.
Participants are welcomed aboard a 'pirate ship' and have to complete skills and obstacles to be guided towards the hidden treasure.
As in all good pirate stories there will be excitement, adventure and fun.
Treasure finders will have to negotiate obstacles, use their skills and
collect clues which can lead them to the hidden treasure!
Clown Assault Course
From Slow motion running to walking a tight' rope; comentators to team 'medics' this clown assault course is designed to include everyone in a fun and imaginative way.
With the use of red noses and funny sunglasses even the shyest of participants can join in the fun.
